The Hype Luxury Boat Club office should be notified immediately of any changes or cancellations. Once received, the cancellation date will be on this day and the following terms will apply:
- Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to departure date, 50% of the charter fee will be charged..
- Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to departure date, 100% of the charter fee will be charged..
We reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.
