- Toys are subject to changed depends on availability.
- We reserve the right to change the fuel price for extra hours depending on the fuel cost.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the charter date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the charter date are non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time at the agreed pickup point or marina.
- The yacht will return according to the pre-agreed charter schedule, regardless of late arrival.
- Available charter times are between 09:00 and 19:00, depending on the selected tour duration.
