Remarks
- The price for a day charter is quoted for 1-6 guest. Add THB 1,000 for each extra person. Maximum capacity is 12 guests.
- Customer can also bring their own food & beverages without any extra fee.
- Toys are subjected to change depend on availability.
- Additional Charges THB 7,000 per charter - during New Year Peak Period 15 December 2026 – 20 January 2027 and Chinese Lunar New Year 15 February 2026 – 20 February 2027.
- Complimentary beach pick-up and drop-off is available from beaches in front of resorts/hotels within: Tubkaak Beach, Klong Muang Beach or Ao Nang
Terms & Conditions
- Full refund will be granted for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
- A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made between 3–7 days prior to the travel date.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the travel date.
- In the event that the booked boat/yacht is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement vessel of similar standard will be arranged. No refund will be provided.
- If a replacement vessel cannot be arranged, a full refund of the deposit will be returned via the original payment method within 7 working days.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations during the following Peak Season periods:
- New Year Peak Period: 15 December 2025 – 20 January 2026
- Chinese Lunar New Year: 15 February 2026 – 20 February 2026
Cancellation Policy – Bad Weather
- If the Meteorological Department officially prohibits boats from operating due to severe weather conditions, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 working days.
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions (e.g. general rain) where the boat is still operating normally, no refund will be provided. If the customer chooses to cancel, 100% of the charter fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
